Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science

The Bachelor of Arts program prepares students for careers in computer systems analysis and design, programming, network administration and web site development. The Bachelor or Arts program allows for maximum flexibility of course study with fewer requirements in high level math and science. Our Graduates can purse a wide array of careers and develop a broad understanding of multiple disciples and the application of technology and computer in these fields.

We offer two degree concentration options for the Bachelor of Arts program; Click on the options below to see Checksheets and Model Programs.

  • General Computer Science
    This option allows students to tailor electives to match their interests and even pursue a minor in another discipline. Graduates have careers doing software engineering and development, graphics programming or specific application development.
  • Business
    Additional course work in Business, Economics and Accounting leads to careers doing database design and management, application development or systems analysis. Strong complement of business courses.
