Severe discomfort to the great toe joint can lead to a lower quality of life. An outward angulation of the great toe results in the phalanges of the great toe overlapping the second toe. A bunion forms becoming agonizing and can lead to rheumatoid arthritis (RA). There are many methods and procedures that can reduce pain and restore better ranges of motions. The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify individuals who may be in need of a new innovative brace or total joint replacement of the great toe. |
